Human Race Spring Ball Buster
Lee Piercy was back in action to try and defend his win from the triandrun spring ball buster 2007, a strong performance in difficult conditions saw him place 2nd amongst a competitive field of 157 men.

Amy Caple and Linda Fisher both represented The Big Adventure Store in the EAS 10k run, Linda finishing in 50min 35sec to win the Female 50-59 age group, Amy finished 1st Female 30-39 age group with a time of 58min 29secs.

In the Trybike Duathlon Justin Woodward took time out from a busy work schedule to take part in his first ever duathlon and first time racing on The Big Adventure store's latest demo bike, a Cube Aerium Race. A respectable 56min 21secs saw him place 13th Male 30-39 and 54th overall.
Despite being tired from quailifying for the world champs the day before at the race held at Clumber Park, Alex Fisher was pursuaded to enter the Duathlon by The Big Adventure Store, Rob from Dutchtubs (www.dutchtub.com/dbasepics/intro/hot%20tub%20fire.jpg) and Will Whitmore the organiser, Rob lent Alex his Yuba Mundo Puma Utility 6spd bike (www.yubaride.com/) Will lent him some trainers and Alex was ready to go.
A competitve run saw Alex into T1 in 5th place, onto the bike and the lack of gears started to show as Alex dropped places over the 5 laps, T2 saw Alex 1min 28seconds behind Justin Woodward who had caught Alex on the final bike lap, Alex ran home in 11mins 38sec to finish 1min 45sec ahead of Woodward and finish a respectable 9th M23 and 44th overall in a time of 54min 39sec

Sunday 25th November
Dbmax Chilly Duathlon.- Castle Combe racing circuit
Justin Woodward and Amy Caple cruised round the the 10k run in a time of 56m00sec and 56m01sec with Bianca Miche finishing her first run of 2007 in a very respectable 55m40sec.

In the duathlon Alex Fisher finished with a time of 46m46sec to sneak himself into 9th place overall

Sunday 18th November
Justin and Jason braved the freezing cold conditions to take part in the TriFerris Cirencester off road duathlon. Both guys completing the 1mile/5mile/1mile course. Fair play to the ones who stayed out for the 2/10/2 !
